M&A Strategy & Execution
We are looking for a passionate and committed M&A Strategy and Execution Expert to join our dynamic and international team.
You will play a key role in designing, evaluating, and implementing external growth strategies, actively contributing to the entire M&A cycle — from opportunity identification to post-transaction integration.
Main Responsibilities in M&A Strategy and Transaction Management
Analyze the market, identify potential targets, and contribute to defining an M&A strategy aligned with our growth objectives.
Lead and coordinate all key stages of acquisition projects, integrating financial, strategic, and operational aspects.
Prepare and evaluate business cases, investment memoranda, financial models, synergy analyses, and due diligence reports.
Participate in negotiations: support the drafting of letters of intent, manage information flow, and coordinate internal and external teams (financial, legal, and audit advisors).
Ensure rigorous tracking of timelines and documentation throughout M&A and divestment processes.
Actively contribute to post-acquisition integration, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring the realization of expected synergies.
Key Skills for Successful M&A Execution
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with sensitivity to strategic and organizational issues.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Advanced proficiency in financial databases, competitive intelligence, and Excel-based modelling.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with senior management, partners, and cross-functional teams.
High sense of initiative, autonomy, attention to detail, and respect for deadlines.
Profile
University degree (Master’s or Bachelor’s) in Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of professional experience in M&A, Strategy, Transaction Services, or Corporate Development (experience in consulting, investment banking, or a multinational group is an asset).
Fluent in French, with professional English; any additional language is a plus.
Advanced command of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with M&A research and analytics platforms is an advantage.
Open-minded, committed, and able to work effectively in multicultural and project-based environments.
