Key Responsibilities

🔹 Hedge Fund Support

• Maintain and update the Hedge Fund manager database (performance & NAV tracking).
• Contribute to HF publications (HF League, HF News) for our clients.
• Prepare client reporting 
• Perform Shadow Accounting for all transactions across client portfolios.
• Assist the Analyst in preparing Monthly Investment Committees (quantitative & reporting analysis).

🔹 Corporate Support

• Assist with quarterly client invoicing & payment monitoring.
• Maintain and update corporate documents.
• Support compliance efforts, including LBA requirements & annual audits.

Your Profile

✔ Strong interest in Hedge Funds and financial markets.
✔ Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
✔ Comfortable working in a collaborative, family-like environment.
✔ Fluent in English , French and an other language is a plus.
✔ Swiss resident
